At least, I have nice <a href=\"https:\/\/bendreth.com\/viatoscana.com\/images\/Valentines_2007_-_Menu.pdf\">plans<\/a> and a nicer dinner companion.<\/p>\n<p>As an aside, I <em>did<\/em> attend a Lupercalia party some years back. No naked, pregnant women or men in goatskins (although togas and similar attire <em>were<\/em> specified on the invitation), but we <em>did<\/em> have an animal sacrifice. Actually, make that a pseudo-animal sacrifice. The hostess had a bakery provide a loaf of bread in the shape of an animal, with raspberry (I think) jam baked inside it.<\/p>\n<p>As for anti-Valentine&#8217;s songs, how could she forget &#8220;<a title=\"Lyrics\" href=\"https:\/\/bendreth.com\/www.stlyrics.com\/lyrics\/theweddingsingervol2\/lovestinks.htm\">Love Stinks<\/a>,&#8221; &#8220;<a title=\"More lyrics\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cowboylyrics.com\/tabs\/clark-roy\/thank-god-and-greyhound-7084.html\">Thank God and Greyhound (You&#8217;re Gone)<\/a>&#8221; and &#8220;<a title=\"Yet more lyrics\" href=\"http:\/\/sniff.numachi.com\/pages\/tiHOWCANIM.html\">How Can I Miss You (When You Won&#8217;t Go Away)?<\/a>&#8220;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I think I&#8217;ll enjoy it more than this individual. At least, I have nice plans and a nicer dinner companion.
